This is a great base for the soup. I have added other ingredients, such as bacon, potatoes, parsley, and onions, and it always tastes great. I especially love it, with both bacon and ham. My entire family loves this recipe. Including the kids.

How to Make Cheesy-Cauliflower Ham Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small skillet brown ham pieces. Cut cauliflower florets into bite size pieces and boil until tender. Drain.
    Put all ingredients into a soup pan and cook until hot, not boiling.
