Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can 14oz chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 ounces cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make cheese soup

Step 1Saute the onions, carrots and celery with the butter in a soup pot until very tender.

Step 2Add the potato soup, chicken broth, worchestershire.

Step 3Add the milk and bring to a slight boil.

Step 4Add cheese and sour cream. Cook until thickened and hot, stirring constantly.
