Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 8 ounces thin egg noodles
- 3 cups frozen chopped broccolli
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 31/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3/4 pound velveeta cheese cubed
- - dash or 2 of tabasco to taste
How To Make cheese brocolli soup

Step 1In large saucepan med heat saute onion in butter until tender. Add broth bring to boil. Add noodles; reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Broccoli and garlic; cook another 3 to 4 minutes. Add milk, wine hot sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. let simmer on lowest heat for 4 more minutes and serve.
