Ingredients
- 3 or 4 large potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- - water to cover
- - salt and pepper
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 pint half and half
- 2 - eggs
How To Make buttermilk soup

Step 1Peel, dice, and cook potatoes and onion in lightly salted water until done.

Step 2Mash the potatoes slightly in the water they were cooked in.

Step 3Beat two eggs. Add a little cream. Mix. Add buttermilk and the rest of the cream and add to potato mixture.

Step 4Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat but (DO NOT BOIL)
