4 mdpotatoes

2 smheads fresh broccoli

2 canchicken broth (14.5 oz)

1 tsponion powder
-
3 Tbspcold butter

1/3 cflour
-
4 cmilk
-
4 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder with parsley

6 slicebacon, cooked
How To Make broccoli potato soup and grilled club

1Peel and cut carrots into small slices. Peel and cube potatoes. Cut broccoli into small florets (not too small).

2In a large pot, combine the chicken broth with carrots, potatoes, and onion powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

3Add broccoli. Continue simmering for an additional 10 minutes.

4Use a large saucepan and melt butter.

5Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute or until brown.

6Whisk in milk and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

7Add cheese and stir until melted.

8Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder with parsley.

9Pour cheese mixture into large pot and combine thoroughly.

10Crumble the cooked bacon.
