Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 6 cups water
- 8 ounces fine or wide egg noodles (i use wide)
- - pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 cups milk
- 2 pounds velvetta cheese (cubed)
- 6 - chicken bouillon cubes
How To Make broccoli cheese soup

Step 1Saute onion in oil 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes, bring to a boil. Add noodles and salt. Boil 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in broccoli and garlic power. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese, and pepper. STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. Hope you enjoy, this is one of my all time favorites and my family loves it!
