This is most yummy soup I have ever tasted, thought everyone might enjoy!

  • 2 tsp
    canola oil
  • 3/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 6 c
  • 8 oz
    fine or wide egg noodles (i use wide)
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 box
    frozen broccoli
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 6 c
  • 2 lb
    velvetta cheese (cubed)
  • 6
    chicken bouillon cubes

How to Make Broccoli Cheese Soup


  1. Saute onion in oil 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes, bring to a boil. Add noodles and salt. Boil 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in broccoli and garlic power. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese, and pepper. STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. Hope you enjoy, this is one of my all time favorites and my family loves it!
