This is most yummy soup I have ever tasted, thought everyone might enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces fine or wide egg noodles (i use wide)
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 boxes frozen broccoli
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 cups milk
  • 2 pounds velvetta cheese (cubed)
  • 6 - chicken bouillon cubes

How To Make broccoli cheese soup

  • Step 1
    Saute onion in oil 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes, bring to a boil. Add noodles and salt. Boil 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in broccoli and garlic power. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese, and pepper. STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. Hope you enjoy, this is one of my all time favorites and my family loves it!
