broccoli cheese soup
I love broccoli cheese soup and wanted to find a recipe as good as Panera Bread's so here's my semi-homemade version.

Ingredients
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans milk (use the empty soup cans)
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 can chicken broth (use the empty soupp can)
- 2 - carrots- shredded
- 2 bunches broccoli- chopped up in the food processor & par-cooked (i used fresh but you could use frozen)
How To Make broccoli cheese soup

Step 1In crock-pot or your favorite soup pot, whisk together soups, milk & broth until smooth. Add shredded carrot and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is soft, I cooked mine in the crock-pot on high for about 2 hours then turned it down to warm until we were ready for dinner. Top with a little shredded cheddar and fresh bread, enjoy!
