Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
How To Make blender broccoli soup

Step 1In saucepan heat water and bouillon granules to boiling; add broccoli.

Step 2Cover and simmer mixture for 3 minutes--do not drain.

Step 3In blender container or food processor combine half the broccoli mixture and half the milk.

Step 4Cover and blend until broccoli is very fine.

Step 5Add half the cream, the onion salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Step 6Cover and chill.

Step 7Stir before serving.

Step 8If desired garnish with sour cream and snipped chives.
