Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 7 cups milk
- 4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 - green onions, thinly sliced.
- 12 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make baked potato soup

Step 1In large pot, over medium heat, melt butter.

Step 2Stir in flour and whisk until mixed well.

Step 3Slowly add milk and continue whisking until thickens.

Step 4Add potatoes and onions. Simmer for 10 minutes

Step 5Add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until the cheese melts.
