Ingredients

8 large potatoes clean and diced
1 - stalk of celery diced
1 - carrot diced
1 tablespoon groun garlic
1 bunch green onions diced
1 stick butter
1 1/2 quarts chicken broth
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 quart half and half

How To Make awesome potato soup

Step 1

saute diced onions,celery,carrot,garlic in 1 stick butter

Step 2

add diced potatoes,chicken broth salt and pepper cook till tender then add half and half and cheese,add parsley cook till heated
Step 3

if you want to kick it up a notch brown 1 lb. of sausage add to soup family favorite
