Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 1/2 cups creme fraiche
- 3 cups chicken stock
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon calbrian chili oil (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make avocado soup

Step 1Cut the avocado's in half and scoop out the flesh. Place in food processor with the creme fraiche and process until smooth.

Step 2Place the chicken stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and whisk in the avocado mixture. add the lime juice

Step 3Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste. top with cilantro and chili oil Serve immediately
