Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken stock
- - chicken base to taste
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 large anise bulb diced
- 3 tablespoons of the green leave
- 1 teaspoon anise extract
- - roux to thicken
- 1 - drop of green food color
How To Make anise soup

Step 1Mix the milk & chicken stock and white pepper. Place them in a stock pot and simmer until it starts to boil. reduce the heat and add the remaining Ingredients except the roux. Add the roux a little at a time, until you reach the texture you want. Enjoy

Step 2A roux is equal amounts of flour and Margarine cooked to remove the starch
