Saute onions and celery in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add sausage, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to med-low and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together and add to chowder, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes , but do not boil. (sometimes I add a little more sour cream). Enjoy!
