Ingredients

  • ·
    1. spray pot with pam
  • ·
    2. 1 small onion chopped
  • ·
    3. 1 cup turkey or chicken broth
  • ·
    4. 1 can creamed corn
  • ·
    5. 1 medium potato cubed
  • ·
    6. ½ cup chopped celery
  • ·
    7. 1 cup cubed turkey
  • ·
    8. ¼ tsp. salt
  • ·
    9. pepper to taste
  • ·
    10. 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • ·
    11. ½ cup milk
  • ·
    12. 1 cup half & half
  • ·
    13. 2 tsp. parsley

How to Make Turkey Chowder

Step-by-Step

  1. Sauté #2 until tender, add 3-7 bring to boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until potato is tender. Add 8-11 gradually; stir in #12 & 13. Cook on low until heated thoroughly; top with parsley.
