swiss broccoli chowder
One of my mom's favorites and mine as well. I add even more cheese as there is no such thing as too much cheese.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This chowder brings together those old pals Swiss cheese and ham, and blends them into a wonderfully creamy bowl of broccoli goodness. It's thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Thanks to the ham and broccoli, this chowder is extremely hearty and can be served as a main or side dish.
