Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • ·
    1 lb. bacon, chopped
  • ·
    4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • ·
    2 cups onions, chopped
  • ·
    1/2 cup water
  • ·
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • ·
    2 cans corn, drained (15 1/4 oz.)
  • ·
    16 oz. tub sour cream
  • ·
    2 1/2 cups milk

How to Make Slow Cooker Bacon Chowder


  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon for 5 minutes; drain. Add potatoes, onion and water to skillet. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain; transfer mixture to slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; add to slow cooker and stir to blend. Cook on low 2 hours.
