Yes, this is a very rich soup. And it's delicious! Scallops being one of my (many) favorite types of seafood, I was excited to try this. It would be a great starter for a special meal. It's very impressive but really easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound scallops, chopped into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- pinch paprika
How To Make scallop soup

Step 1In the top of a double boiler, blend milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 2Place top of double boiler over the bottom with boiling water and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.

Step 3Add scallops to the mixture and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 4Pour hot soup into individual bowls. Sprinkle each serving with parsley and paprika.
