1 Tbspdried minced onion

1 tspitalian seasoning

2 cwater
-
1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 can(s)evaporated milk
-
12 ozsausage,browned and drained
-
1 can(s)whole kernal corn
-
1 can(s)cream style corn
-
4-5medium russet potatoes,peeled and cubed
How to Make Sausage Corn Chowder....
- In a 4-quart soup pan, bring onion,potatoes,Italian seasoning,water,salt, and pepper to low boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Add milk,sausage, and corn. Cook over low heat, uncovered, an additional 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Do not boil after milk has been added.
