Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 12 ounces sausage,browned and drained
- 1 can whole kernal corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 4-5 - medium russet potatoes,peeled and cubed
How To Make sausage corn chowder....

Step 1In a 4-quart soup pan, bring onion,potatoes,Italian seasoning,water,salt, and pepper to low boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Add milk,sausage, and corn. Cook over low heat, uncovered, an additional 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Do not boil after milk has been added.
