Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1/2 pound polish sausage
- 2 - celery stalks, sliced
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 - red pepper, chopped
- 1 pound new red potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 28 ounces chicken broth
- 1 pound broccoli, chopped
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup cream
How To Make sausage broccoli chowder

Step 1Drain corn, reserve liquid.

Step 2In dutch oven, over med heat, brown sausage, remove/drain.

Step 3In drippings saute celery, onion, red pepper for 3 minutes.

Step 4Add corn liquid, potatoes, broth and bring to a boil, simmering for 5 minutes.

Step 5Add broccoli, simmer.

Step 6Blend soup with cream, stir into soup, do not boil.

Step 7Serve with fresh bread and butter.
