    red bell pepper, chopped

    corn, frozen
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    salsa, mild

How to Make Salsa Chowder


  1. In a 1-quart microwavable casserole combine onion, pepper and butter; cover and microwave on high until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine; microwave on medium (50%) for 4 minutes; stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
