can cream style corn
1/4 c
hot water
1 c
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
fresh parsley, minced

How to Make Quick Corn Chowder


  • 1Place bacon and onion in a deep, 2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
  • 2Heat, covered with paper towel, in microwave oven 3 minutes.
  • 3Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
  • 4Stir to combine.
  • 5Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 5 minutes or until soup is heated through.
  • 6Stir occasionally.
  • 7Allow soup to stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
  • 8Garnish with parsley.
