Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 16 ounces can cream style corn
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - fresh parsley, minced
How To Make quick corn chowder

Step 1Place bacon and onion in a deep, 2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.

Step 2Heat, covered with paper towel, in microwave oven 3 minutes.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.

Step 4Stir to combine.

Step 5Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 5 minutes or until soup is heated through.

Step 6Stir occasionally.

Step 7Allow soup to stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Step 8Garnish with parsley.
