Potato Corn Chowder

2 cdiced potatoes about 2 large potatoes,
2 cfrozen corn
2 can(s)chicken broth
1/4 cdiced white onion
1/4 cdiced green bell pepper
1/4 cheavy cream
How to Make Potato Corn Chowder
- Place peeled and diced potatoes and corn in your crock pot. Add onion and bell pepper. Stir in flour and make sure everything is coated well. Add the chicken broth
and salt and pepper. I used 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp
- Cook on low 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high. Make sure potatoes are tender. I mashed with a potato masher towards the end of cooking.
- After potatoes are tender, add butter and heavy cream. Cook an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese on top of each serving.
Additional toppings bacon bits; sour cream.
