Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 6 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- - paprika
How To Make potato chowder

Step 1In large dutch oven or kettle, combine potatoes, onion, carrot, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and bouillon.

Step 2Add enough water to just cover veggies; cook until veggies are tender, about 15 - 20 minutes. Do not drain.

Step 3Measure 1 1/2 cups milk and add flour to milk, stirring with wire whisk.

Step 4Stir until blended.

Step 5Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat and thicken.

Step 6Garnish with paprika.
