A great shrimp chowder from a friend, Phil. Phil is a super cook and shared this recipe with me after I had it at a gathering at his home. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 - cooked shrimp
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 bottle chef paul's seafood magic
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cayanne pepper
- 2 cans cream potato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups half and half
How To Make phil's shrimp chowder

Step 1Place the butter in a large pot. Saute' the onions in the butter.

Step 2Add the shrimp and the Chef Paul's Seafood Magic.

Step 3cube the cream cheese into small cubes and place in the saute mixture. Stir to incorporate all the pot.

Step 4Add the remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Add 2 CUPS OF 1/2 AND 1/2. Heat the pot but DO NOT BOIL at this point. I may add a little water on occasion, but not much. Can freeze for later Enjoy!
