1Mix your cooked bacon with your onions and celery and cook for 3 minutes. Add your potatoes and water, salt & pepper as desired and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
2Gradually stir in your cans of chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, and parsley. Do not boil. Simmer on low until warmed through. Salt and pepper as desired. Yum!
