Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
- 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 16 ounces carrots, sliced
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 3 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 jar chicken gravy
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine or chicken stock
- 1/2 cup diced onion
How To Make mushroom chicken chowder

Step 1Layer potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms in a large 5-6 qt crock pot. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over vegetables.

Step 2Arrange chicken on vegetable mixture and sprinkle garlic powder over chicken.

Step 3Combine chicken gravy and tomato paste and spread over chicken. Pour wine/chicken stock into crock pot.

Step 4Cook on LO 8-10 hrs. Remove chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Return to crock pot until warmed.
