My family loves this thick and hearty soup, especially on cold winter days! It's easy to prepare and is satisfying to eat. You can thicken it with instant potatoes or top it with Swiss cheese, if desired.

petite red creamer potatoes or potato of your choice

How To Make
Dice unpeeled potatoes, chop onion, chop cabbage into bite-size pieces, and slice polish sausage.
In large soup pot place water, potatoes, onion, cabbage and sausage. Bring to a boil, then simmer until veggies are tender.
Just before serving, add milk, salt and pepper.
