Ingredients

  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can (10 ounces, cream of celery soup)
  • 1 cup each, milk and water
  • 2 cups diced red potatoes
  • 1-1/2 cup diced zucchini
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernal corn
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken

How To Make hearty chicken and vegetable chowder

  • Step 1
    Saute onion and garlic in oil in saucepan 2 minutes. Stir in soup, milk and water and heat to a boil. Stir in potatoes, zucchini and corn. Reduce heat. Cook 35 minutes. Stir in chicken and cook until hot.
