Ingredients
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can (10 ounces, cream of celery soup)
- 1 cup each, milk and water
- 2 cups diced red potatoes
- 1-1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1 cup frozen whole kernal corn
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
How To Make hearty chicken and vegetable chowder

Step 1Saute onion and garlic in oil in saucepan 2 minutes. Stir in soup, milk and water and heat to a boil. Stir in potatoes, zucchini and corn. Reduce heat. Cook 35 minutes. Stir in chicken and cook until hot.
