How to Make Creamy Crawfish Soup
- Melt butter in a pan and saute crawfish or shrimp for 5 minutes.
- Add cream style corn and potato soup. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add evaporated milk and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.
- * Hint - If you can not find Tony's seasoning you can use a houseblend of garlic powder, salt, pepper and red pepper. Basically just season to suit your taste.
