creamy crawfish soup
Being canjun and living in Southeast Texas gives me access to frozen carwfish tails. If you can't find crawfish, shrimp can be substituted easily.

Ingredients
- 1 pound crawfish or shrimp tails
- 2 tablespoons tony's cajun seasoning
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
How To Make creamy crawfish soup

Step 1Melt butter in a pan and saute crawfish or shrimp for 5 minutes.

Step 2Add cream style corn and potato soup. Simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Add evaporated milk and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.

Step 4* Hint - If you can not find Tony's seasoning you can use a houseblend of garlic powder, salt, pepper and red pepper. Basically just season to suit your taste.
