Being canjun and living in Southeast Texas gives me access to frozen carwfish tails. If you can't find crawfish, shrimp can be substituted easily.

crawfish or shrimp tails
2 Tbsp
tony's cajun seasoning
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1 can(s)
cream style corn
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1 stick

How to Make Creamy Crawfish Soup


  • 1Melt butter in a pan and saute crawfish or shrimp for 5 minutes.
  • 2Add cream style corn and potato soup. Simmer 10 minutes.
  • 3Add evaporated milk and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.
  • 4* Hint - If you can not find Tony's seasoning you can use a houseblend of garlic powder, salt, pepper and red pepper. Basically just season to suit your taste.
