water

milk

knorr garlic & herb potato bake seasoning packet (or similar) (garlic herb sauce mix)
2 x 400 g
can whole kernel corn
400 g
can cream-style corn
1/2 tsp
salt
ground black pepper to taste

How to Make Creamy Corn And Bacon Chowder

Step-by-Step

  • 1Crisp bacon in an oven or microwave, crumble and set aside
  • 2Sauté onion in a little oil and add potatoes and water
  • 3Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
  • 4Add the sachet of KNORR Garlic & Herb Potato Bake, (or similar), stir in milk, corn, salt, and pepper to taste; continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through
  • 5Sprinkle with crumbled bacon to serve
