Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails with fat
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 2 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    green onions, chopped

How to Make Crawfish Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.
  2. Add soup, corn, and milk. Simmer about 10 - 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Just before serving add the green onions.
