Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 pound crawfish tails with fat
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
How To Make crawfish soup

Step 1Saute onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.

Step 2Add soup, corn, and milk. Simmer about 10 - 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Just before serving add the green onions.
