Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 can chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups heavy cream or evaporated skim mik (hot)
- 1 cup chicken broth (hot)
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (drained)
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- dash basil and thyme
- - salt and pepper
How To Make crab and spinach bisque

Step 1Melt butter, saute' all ingredients until done.

Step 2Add flour and blend well.

Step 3Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4Place spinach in food processor with chicken broth, puree'.

Step 5Add pureed mixture to cream. Season to taste.

Step 6Add crabmeat. Do not boil.
