This is very easy to make and the kids love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 2 - celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 - lb. of wieners, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 16 ounces 2 (cups) cream-style corn
  • 10 3/4 ounces can condensed cream of celery or potato soup

How To Make corney wiener chowder

  • Step 1
    In a large sausepan, cook celery in margarine until tender.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered, 15 to 20 mintues or until heated through and flavors are well blended. If desired, garnish with paprika or pimiento.
  • Step 3
    TIP: Cooked cubed ham, bologna or canned luncheon meat may be substituted for wieners.
