Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 of - red pepper or roasted red pepper
- 3 medium red or white potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup frozen corn
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make corn chowder

Step 1Add butter & olive oil to 5qt sauce pan melt together over med low heat

Step 2add onions & red pepper, if using instead of roasted red pepper, saute till tender.If using roasted red pepper add now.Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 3Add frozen corn & contnue to cook about 1&1/2 min.add creamed corn stir & add 4 cups of water. add potatoes cook on med. high till tender then add 2-3 cups of milk cook till heated through.
