1 smallonion

1/4 ofred pepper or roasted red pepper

3 mediumred or white potatoes

1/2 cbutter

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 can(s)creamed corn

1 cfrozen corn

·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Corn Chowder
- Add butter & olive oil to 5qt sauce pan melt together over med low heat
- add onions & red pepper, if using instead of roasted red pepper, saute till tender.If using roasted red pepper add now.Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Add frozen corn & contnue to cook about 1&1/2 min.add creamed corn stir & add 4 cups of water. add potatoes cook on med. high till tender then add 2-3 cups of milk cook till heated through.
