- 1/3 cup salt pork, cut into cubes
- 1 slice onion
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups hot milk
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 6 - crackers
How To Make corn chowder

Step 1Cook salt pork with onion slowly 10 minutes; add boiling water. Strain into kettle, add potatoes and seasonings 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Step 2Add corn to chowder; hot milk and crackers. Cook 5 minutes.
