salt pork, cut into cubes

boiling water
1 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
3 c
potatoes, thinly sliced
2 c
hot milk
1/2 tsp
celery salt

How to Make Corn Chowder


  • 1Cook salt pork with onion slowly 10 minutes; add boiling water. Strain into kettle, add potatoes and seasonings 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • 2Add corn to chowder; hot milk and crackers. Cook 5 minutes.
