    chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 1 can(s)
    nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 oz
    can cream style corn
  • 1 can(s)
    mexicorn, drained
  • 2 c
    cubed chopped chicken
  • 1 1/4 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Chicken Corn Chowder


  1. In a large saucepan, combine the broth, and soups. Stir in the tomatoes, chicken, mexicorn, and cream style corn.
  2. Bring to a boil. reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.
