Absolutely love soup of any kind! My favorite meal! Add more chicken broth if you like the soup thinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 ounces can cream style corn
  • 1 can mexicorn, drained
  • 2 cups cubed chopped chicken
  • 1 1/4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded

How To Make chicken corn chowder

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan, combine the broth, and soups. Stir in the tomatoes, chicken, mexicorn, and cream style corn.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a boil. reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.
