This is so simple..I love any kind of chowder......

Ingredients

  • c cup water
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups yellow -fleshed yellow or red potatoes.peeled and diced to1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables of you choice.
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream stlye corn
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

How To Make cheesy vegetable chowder

  • Step 1
    In a 2-to3-quart saucepan. bring water to a boil. Dissolve bouillion in boiling water. Stir in potatoes,mixed vegetables,and onion. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat about 15 minutes,or until potatoes are tender. Add corn,cheese,and milk. Heat 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
