I make this for my parents when they visit from Florida. Don't have much of a choice; they always insist (they only visit once a year so I'm very happy to do it) Hope you enjoy it, too :)

Ingredients
- 2 cans creamed corn (11 oz each)
- 1 can mexicorn (green giant, preferably)
- 14 ounces chicken stock (or broth)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup canned green chiles
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy corn chowder (crock pot)

Step 1Spray inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
