I make this for my parents when they visit from Florida. Don't have much of a choice; they always insist (they only visit once a year so I'm very happy to do it) Hope you enjoy it, too :)

chicken stock (or broth)

onion powder

canned green chiles

potatoes, peeled and diced

How to Make Cheesy Corn Chowder (crock pot)


  • 1Spray inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
