head cauliflower/ 2 cups of sliced
1 can(s)
13-3/4 oz chicken broth
1 c
light cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1 can(s)
condensed cream of potato soup
1/4 can(s)
2 Tbsp
corn starch
2 c
cooked/diced ham
1/8 tsp

How to Make Cauliflower Ham Chowder


  • 1Boil cauliflower in chicken broth until tender, do not drain.
  • 2Mix together light cream (or 1/2 and 1/2) with condensed potato soup. Add to the cauliflower mixture. Mix water & corn starch together with a whisk; add to the cauliflower mixture.
  • 3Once all combined add in the diced ham and salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low-med for 30 minutes; careful not to scorch.
