Cauliflower Ham Chowder
1head cauliflower/ 2 cups of sliced
1 can(s)13-3/4 oz chicken broth
1 clight cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1 can(s)condensed cream of potato soup
2 Tbspcorn starch
2 ccooked/diced ham
How to Make Cauliflower Ham Chowder
- Boil cauliflower in chicken broth until tender, do not drain.
- Mix together light cream (or 1/2 and 1/2) with condensed potato soup. Add to the cauliflower mixture. Mix water & corn starch together with a whisk; add to the cauliflower mixture.
- Once all combined add in the diced ham and salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low-med for 30 minutes; careful not to scorch.
