Ingredients
- 1 - head cauliflower/ 2 cups of sliced
- 1 can 13-3/4 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup light cream or 1/2 and 1/2
- 1 can condensed cream of potato soup
- 1/4 can water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 cups cooked/diced ham
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make cauliflower ham chowder

Step 1Boil cauliflower in chicken broth until tender, do not drain.

Step 2Mix together light cream (or 1/2 and 1/2) with condensed potato soup. Add to the cauliflower mixture. Mix water & corn starch together with a whisk; add to the cauliflower mixture.

Step 3Once all combined add in the diced ham and salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low-med for 30 minutes; careful not to scorch.
