Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 26 ounces chicken broth
- 1 small half and half
- 2 - 10 3/4 oz cream of potato soup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ham
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar
- 1 can broccoli and cheddar soup
How To Make cauliflower & ham chowder

Step 1Cook celery and cauliflower in broth until tender. Blend soups and half and half and blend in cornstarch. Then blend into soup. Add diced ham and the cheese. Cook until well blended.
