My family loves this on a snowy night with crackers, and apple pie for dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes,diced
  • 2 - carrots, chopped
  • 1 slice sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pound brocolli
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make brocolli-corn soup

  • Step 1
    cook potatoes and carrots til tender. cook brocolli, Drain cooked veggies and put together in one pan.
  • Step 2
    Add onion, pepper, butter, corn, and milk and cream. cook on low heat til hot (not boiling), then add cheese. stir in. Salt and pepper to taste.
