Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes,diced
- 2 - carrots, chopped
- 1 slice sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound brocolli
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make brocolli-corn soup

Step 1cook potatoes and carrots til tender. cook brocolli, Drain cooked veggies and put together in one pan.

Step 2Add onion, pepper, butter, corn, and milk and cream. cook on low heat til hot (not boiling), then add cheese. stir in. Salt and pepper to taste.
