The corn is not ready where I live but soon we will be able to get the peaches and cream corn and have our fill of corn on the cob and other corn recipes.

Ingredients

6 slice
side bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1 c
diced celery
1 large
onion, diced
1 c
peeled and diced potato
1 1/2 c
vegetable stock
1 c
milk
1 can(s)
{14 3/4 oz creamed style corn
1 c c
corn kernels frozen or cut off a cob
salt and pepper to taste
tsp
garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1in saucepan fry bacon until crisp let cool and crumble. remove from pan and set aside.. add potatoes, celery and corn kernels and simmer for 20 minutes until taters are tender,,,stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve with a crusty roll....l left overs can be frozen.
