Ingredients
- 6 slices side bacon fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 cup peeled and diced potato
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can {14 3/4 oz creamed style corn
- 1 c cup corn kernels frozen or cut off a cob
- - salt and pepper to taste
- teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make bacon corn chowder

Step 1in saucepan fry bacon until crisp let cool and crumble. remove from pan and set aside.. add potatoes, celery and corn kernels and simmer for 20 minutes until taters are tender,,,stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve with a crusty roll....l left overs can be frozen.
