- 1 small potato, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth, defatted
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

How To Make a-maize-ing chowder

Step 1In medium saucepan, combine onions, carrots and potato with chicken broth.

Step 2Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Step 3Puree then add milk and corn; heat without boiling, to serving temperature.

Step 4Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 5Serve sprinkled with parsley.
