A quick and easy game day chili!!
I made this chili with the same concept as my hot dog sauce recipe. It has a fine meat texture throughout which the family loves. I love the thickness and ease of it too!
My son is a real chili lover and he definitely approved this one. I think it might be the use of spices I don't usually add to chili.
Add more spice or other goodies and make it your own.

green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 - 14 oz
can, beef broth
2 1/2 tsp
each - ground cinnamon and paprika
1 - 15 oz
each - black beans & dark red kidney beans - drained and rinsed
marzano crushed tomatoes
How To Make
In a Dutch oven over med high heat, add ground beef, onion, garlic, green pepper Beef base and beef broth - stir to break up beef. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Add the seasonings and simmer another 10 min.
Add the beans, tomatoes and vinegar and bring back to a boil, then reduce to simmer, continue cooking another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy with addition of cheese, sour cream, jalapeños and onion if desired!
Salt and pepper to taste.
