~ who's side r you on? game day chili ~
A quick and easy game day chili!! I made this chili with the same concept as my hot dog sauce recipe. It has a fine meat texture throughout which the family loves. I love the thickness and ease of it too! My son is a real chili lover and he definitely approved this one. I think it might be the use of spices I don't usually add to chili. Add more spice or other goodies and make it your own. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - 14 ounces can, beef broth
- 1 teaspoon beef base
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon each - ground cinnamon and paprika
- 1 - 15 ounces each - black beans & dark red kidney beans - drained and rinsed
- 16 ounces marzano crushed tomatoes
- 11/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- Salt - to taste

Step 1In a Dutch oven over med high heat, add ground beef, onion, garlic, green pepper Beef base and beef broth - stir to break up beef. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Step 2Add the seasonings and simmer another 10 min. Add the beans, tomatoes and vinegar and bring back to a boil, then reduce to simmer, continue cooking another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Enjoy with addition of cheese, sour cream, jalapeños and onion if desired! Salt and pepper to taste.
