I read many recipes for white chicken chili before I ever tried to make it. When I finally decided to, I didn't have all of the ingredients for any of the recipes. So, of course, I improvised & this is what I came up with. We love it!

Step-by-Step

  1. Put soup & chicken stock into the crockpot, stir well to combine. Add tomatoes, & chilies, stir.
  2. Add beans, onion & seasonings, stir. Then add chicken.
  3. Cook on low heat until done.
  4. Serve with cornbread & a dollop of sour cream on top , if desired. Enjoy!
