I read many recipes for white chicken chili before I ever tried to make it. When I finally decided to, I didn't have all of the ingredients for any of the recipes. So, of course, I improvised & this is what I came up with. We love it!

How To Make white chicken chili my way
-
Step 1Put soup & chicken stock into the crockpot, stir well to combine. Add tomatoes, & chilies, stir.
-
Step 2Add beans, onion & seasonings, stir. Then add chicken.
-
Step 3Cook on low heat until done.

Step 4Serve with cornbread & a dollop of sour cream on top , if desired. Enjoy!
-
Step 5Note: This is just my order for getting everything combined well. You could just dump it all & in & stir. Also, I usually turn it on before I leave for work (around 7am & turn it to warm when I get home( around 6pm.) I'm sure it is ready before then.
