Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 3 cans white beans, undrained
- 5 cups chicken, cooked
- 2 cups salsa
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- dash black pepper
- 1/2 cup corn chips, crushed
How To Make white chicken chili

Step 1Place all ingredients, except corn chips, in a crockpot. Cook on high until cheese melts.

Step 2Add in corn chips to thicken chili (optional).

Step 3Garnish with sour cream and lime wedge (also optional).
