My husband does not like chili with beans in it. This is a prefect amount of beans. So I can get him to eat it.

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can 4 oz chopped green chilies, drained
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 cans 15.8 oz cans of northern beans
- 1 can 14.5 oz chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
How To Make white chicken chili

Step 1In large skillet cook onions in oil till transparent.

Step 2Add chillies, flour, cumin; stir and cook 2 minutes.

Step 3Add beans and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Step 4Add chicken cook until hot.

Step 5Garnich with cheese, sour crea, salsa or tortila chisp if desired.
