white bean, pork and green chili soup

I made this up the other night along with Adobo talapia, Fresh salsa, Avocado sauce and Spicy french fries. I'll post recipes for those in Comments

Ingredients
- 3 cans white beans drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons small diced salt pork, bacon
- 2 to 3 cups diced pork roast
- 1 box chicken stock
- 4 medium tomatillos, fresh
- 1 medium seeded jalapeno
- 1 can herdoz green salsa (tomatillo)
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 - cloves minced garlic or garlic powder
- 1/2 - onions, yellow,large
- 2 - chicken bouillon cubes or 1 t bouillon paste
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make white bean, pork and green chili soup

Step 1Cook diced salt pork until almost done, add onion and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.Then add the jalapenos and tomatillo. Mix in the diced pork roast.

Step 2Stir in the]drained beans and chicken stock. Then add the green salsa and green chilies. Drop in the bullion cubes and cook on low for an hour. Then check for seasoning. The bullion cubes are salty so be careful about that.

Step 3My mom eats hers with crackers. I think corn chips or tortilla chips would be good with it.
