1Cook diced salt pork until almost done, add onion and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.Then add the jalapenos and tomatillo. Mix in the diced pork roast.
2Stir in the]drained beans and chicken stock. Then add the green salsa and green chilies. Drop in the bullion cubes and cook on low for an hour. Then check for seasoning. The bullion cubes are salty so be careful about that.
3My mom eats hers with crackers. I think corn chips or tortilla chips would be good with it.
