1 Tbspdill, dried or fresh
1 bag(s)bear creek potatoe soup
1 tspsalt and pepper
How to Make White Bean and Spud Soup
- Make Bear creek soup as directed on package.
- Everything from here is up to your best judgment. I usually use a chicken left over from dinner. So I pick it clean bite size pieces. Toss some butter on top of it and then add it to the jar of beans I purchased. Sometime I feel like the large jar sometimes the small jar. I let this simmer on the stove while the Bear Creek cooks.
- After the soup is finished I add the beans and chicken. And then spice it with dill and s&p to taste. I sometimes need to add more or less water. Depends on my mood do I want it thick and creamy or a bit more runny...
